Writing is where the method gets tested.
Writing forces the same discipline as operating work: name the real problem, remove what is decorative, and leave something a reader can act on.
I write about operational friction, leadership, cross-functional alignment, creative integrity, institutional trust and the changing art market.
The connecting question is the same one I bring to organizations: what is actually producing this outcome, and what structure would let something better happen consistently rather than occasionally?
